Read moreChris Dobbs’s seasonal mix of tender salad leaves from his farm on Belfast Lough. This bunch will contain a mix of heritage beetroots which range in colour from white, red & yellow to the fabulously decorative candystriped chiogga variety.
We pride ourself on the freshness and vibrancy of this product and it will be picked to order and will arrive in pristine condition. We do trim the upper leaves of the beetroot as it stops the roots from drying out.
Like with all our products we never use artificial sprays or fertilisers to grow them, we rely on traditional composts and a biologically healthy no dig ground for our plants to thrive.
