Bakari is a family-run artisan bakery in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Inspired by Scandinavian baking traditions, we strive to bring the people of Belfast delicious baked goods using local, organic ingredients where possible and imported organic where necessary. Making a positive impact through food has always seemed like a no-brainer to us. If you can offer someone a loaf of bread made with organic grains, grown in Ireland, that has a long fermentation which makes it good for your guts and fully nutritious, and do that at an affordable price then what's not to like.
